About Nirala Grand
The story of Nirala Grand
Nirala Grand began life as Morpheus Pratiksha in Sector 1, Greater Noida West, before Nirala India Parivar took charge of the project and gave it a completely new vision. It was officially launched as Nirala Grand on 5 December 2025.
The idea is to blend Indian heritage with the comfort of modern urban living. The campus is planned on Vastu principles, with a Brahmasthal, a Yagya Sthal and a real banyan tree, the Tree of Life, at its centre, while four new towers rise to 33 floors with only four homes on each floor.
The project spreads across 10.5 acres, with more than 70% kept as open green space. It offers 3 BHK and 4 BHK apartments from 1,805 to 3,140 sq ft under UP RERA registration UPRERAPRJ7881.

Nirala India Parivar, building in Noida since 1996
Nirala India Parivar is a Noida based real estate developer whose journey began in 1996. It works only in Noida, Greater Noida and Greater Noida West. It has delivered 15 projects and homes for more than 6,500 families.
The group grew one step at a time, building its residential business first, earning ISO quality certification, and only then moving into commercial projects. It received ISO 9001:2000 in 2005 and later ISO 9001:2008. In total, it has built more than 80 lakh sq ft.
The group is led by Mr. Rakesh Mahajan, a Chartered Accountant with close to 30 years of experience in real estate. His approach is clear: plan carefully, monitor every stage, keep sites safe and deliver on time. That is why the company motto is simply to deliver.
Nirala Grand is also supported by the SWAMIH Investment Fund, managed by SBI Ventures, which is a government backed fund that helps housing projects reach completion.

Nirala India Parivar and Nirala World are different
Two different companies use the Nirala name in Greater Noida West, which often confuses buyers who search for the Nirala Group in Noida.
Nirala India Parivar builds Nirala Grand, Nirala Aspire and Nirala Greenshire. Nirala World builds Nirala Estate and Nirala Trio. Each company has its own RERA registrations, management team and track record.
