This website is run by an authorised channel partner. It is not the official website of Nirala India Parivar, Nirala World or any other developer. We share project details to help buyers learn about and enquire for Nirala projects.

All prices, sizes, plans, images, amenities, dates and specifications come from developer material and public records. They are for general information only. They can change without notice. Images may be artist impressions and may not show the final product.

Nothing on this site is an offer, a contract or a promise to sell. Your booking will be governed only by the developer's application form, allotment letter and builder buyer agreement.

Check before you buy

Please check the RERA details of any project at up-rera.in. Read all documents with care, and seek legal or financial advice if you need it, before you pay any money.

Prices

Prices on this site are basic prices unless we say otherwise. Floor rise, preferred location charges, parking, club, maintenance, taxes, stamp duty and registration are extra. We do not run or promote any discount offer on this site.

Our role

We help you with information, site visits and paperwork. The developer is responsible for building, delivering and handing over the project. We are not liable for any delay, change or defect in a project.

When you send your details, you allow us to contact you by call, SMS, email or WhatsApp about the project, even if your number is on the DND list. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Use of content

Project names, logos and images belong to their owners. You may view and share pages for personal use. You may not copy the site or its content for commercial use without permission.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Uttar Pradesh will have jurisdiction over any dispute.
