Where the work stands today
Nirala Grand is under construction, with the new Grand towers at the excavation and foundation stage and the existing blocks at the slab and frame stage. The UP RERA completion date is 6 February 2030.
The project was launched in December 2025, so construction is still at an early stage. Each of the four new towers will rise to 33 floors. Since high-rise towers of this size take several years to build, it is wise to plan your move and your home loan around the RERA date.

Nirala Grand project timeline

Project starts as Morpheus Pratiksha
The project is first planned in Sector 1, Greater Noida West. It is later registered with UP RERA under UPRERAPRJ7881.
- Takeover
Nirala India Parivar takes charge
The developer re-plans the site around a Vedic theme with four new G+33 towers, supported by the SWAMIH Investment Fund.

Launch of Nirala Grand
Bookings open for the 3 BHK, 3 BHK + Servant and 4 BHK + Servant apartments in the new towers.

What is the current construction status of Nirala Grand?
Construction is in progress. The latest photos from the developer show excavation and foundation work for the new Grand towers (G2 and G4), slab work in Tower B3 and frame work in the non tower area.
What is the Nirala Grand possession date?
The UP RERA completion date for UPRERAPRJ7881 is 6 February 2030. Possession is usually offered once the occupancy certificate (OC) has been received.
